1-8ozpackage cream cheese, softened at room temperature
¼ cupsour cream
¼ cupmayonnaise
2garlic cloves, minced
⅔ cupgrated parmesan cheese
⅔ cupfreshly grated mozzarella cheese
½ tspred pepper flakes
1-14ozcan artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8ozfrozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove excess liquid
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, spinach, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt and freshly ground black pepper
Mix in the chopped artichoke hearts, freshly grated mozzarella cheese, and red pepper flakes
Place the mixture inside a 1 quart baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly
