Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lb shrimp. Peeled, deveined, and tail-on raw shrimp
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp white wine
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 ½ tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, and white wine
  • Place the shrimp in a 9x13-inch casserole dish, in a single layer, and season with salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Wash and dry the bowl and add the melted butter, panko breadcrumbs, and lime zest. Mix everything well using a fork and spread this mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  • Bake for 7 minutes or just until the shrimp turn pink. Turn on the broiler on high and broil the shrimp for 3 minutes or until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown
  • Remove from the oven, drizzle lime juice over the shrimp, and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately
