1 ½ lbshrimp. Peeled, deveined, and tail-on raw shrimp
5garlic cloves, minced
4tbspwhite wine
4tbspmelted butter
¼ cuppanko breadcrumbs
2tbspfreshly squeezed lime juice
1tsplime zest
1 ½ tbspparsley, freshly chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 F. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, and white wine
Place the shrimp in a 9x13-inch casserole dish, in a single layer, and season with salt and freshly ground pepper
Wash and dry the bowl and add the melted butter, panko breadcrumbs, and lime zest. Mix everything well using a fork and spread this mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Bake for 7 minutes or just until the shrimp turn pink. Turn on the broiler on high and broil the shrimp for 3 minutes or until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown
Remove from the oven, drizzle lime juice over the shrimp, and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately
