Instructions
To make your salsa, start by roasting your vegetables. To roast your vegetables, toss them together with olive oil and ½ t of the kosher salt.
Place them on a baking sheet and roast in an oven that has been preheated to 400° for 20 minutes.
Next, blend the vegetables in a blender or food processor until the produce is chunky.
Season with the remaining ingredients and blend for a few more seconds to mix everything together.
For a spicier salsa, add more red pepper flakes.
Want it mild?
Skip the red pepper flakes altogether. Serve your salsa warm or cool in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
