1boneless beef chuck steak1-1/2 inches thick and about 3 pounds
1cred wine vinegar
Instructions
In a large skillet pan, take the garlic and sautee until more translucent. Then add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sugar, vinegar, and your basil to make a nice marinade dressing. Stir well.
Once well mixed take the marinade from the skillet and transfer it to a bowl. Soak the meat on both sides and let the chuck steak sit covered overnight for minimally six hours. Save the leftover marines and refrigerate them!
Now lightly oil your grill rack. You can use a drip pan to do this. Place your chuck steaks on the grill with medium heat. Let them brown on eat side. Once browned move them to the side of the grill for indirect heat.
Cover your grill and cook the steak for 45-50 minutes on each side with indirect heat. Using a thermometer you can tell how done you want the meat. During this 45-55 minutes make sure to keep rubbing marinade on it as it cooks.
