Ingredients
  

  • Olive Oil
  • Celery
  • diced Onion
  • diced Carrots
  • diced Garlic
  • Stewed Tomatoes 14oz
  • Water
  • White Wine suggestions below!
  • Clam Juice 8oz
  • Sherry cooking sherry, or Taylor Dry Sherry
  • Chicken Bouillon
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • fresh Cilantro
  • peeled deveined Shrimp (small or medium size)
  • chunked White Fish Best: tilapia, cod, or grouper
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Mix in the celery, onion, carrots, and garlic. Stir occasionally until the onion is tender.
  • Add the tomatoes, water, wine, clam juice, and sherry.
  • Add the bouillon cubes, red pepper, and a dash of salt or pepper if desired.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer the Fish Stew for 1 full hour.
  • After an hour, stir in the cilantro, shrimp and your fish, then cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the stove and let sit for 10 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
