Instructions
Add canola oil and butter to a frying pan and bring the pan up to medium heat.
Once slightly melted add bell peppers, peeled potatoes, onion, and cajun seasoning.
Shortly after adding the sausage to the dish and let all the ingredients cook together for 15-20 minutes.
