Ingredients
  

  • 5 slices cooked meat loaf
  • 1 jar 12 ounces beef gravy
  • 1 can 15-1/4 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 c warm mashed potatoes prepared with milk and butter
  • 3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/4 c sliced green onions

Instructions
 

  • You start by putting your meatloaf slices in a greased baking dish that’s about 2 and a half quarts. Pour the gravy on top of the meatloaf. Drain your can of corn, then put the corn on top of the gravy.
  • In a separate dish, mix together your cooked mashed potatoes, ½ cheese, the sour cream, and the green onions.
  • Once well mixed, pour into the baking dish, so it sits on top of your meatloaf, gravy, and corn.
  • Bake the dish at 375 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and put it back in the oven for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
