Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a large bowl add the butter and sugar substitute. Cream the butter and sugar substitute until it is light and fluffy, about 5-7 minutes.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Keep mixing until combined.
In another medium or large bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture 1 cup at a time. Mix until combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Using a tablespoon, drop cookie dough in balls onto the baking sheet. Make sure they are about 2 inches apart.
Put the baking sheet with cookies into the oven and bake for 9-10 minutes or until they look golden-brown along the edges.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the cookies to wire cooling racks.
Repeat the baking process as necessary until all cookie dough has been baked.
