Ingredients
  

  • 4 large potatoes about 2-1/2 pounds
  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 3/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, you’ll want to peel, cube, and place the potatoes in a saucepan. You’ll cover them with water and then cook them on medium heat until the potatoes are tender.
  • Mash your potatoes until they are smooth.
  • Add in your chives, onion salt, pepper, sour cream, and cream cheese. Stir these in well.
  • Transfer the potato mix from the saucepan onto a greased one by one half quarter baking dish.
  • You’ll then dot the potatoes with butter and if you’d like, sprinkle some paprika on top.
  • Cover the dish and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Or until well heated.
  • Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
