Firstly, you’ll want to peel, cube, and place the potatoes in a saucepan. You’ll cover them with water and then cook them on medium heat until the potatoes are tender.
Mash your potatoes until they are smooth.
Add in your chives, onion salt, pepper, sour cream, and cream cheese. Stir these in well.
Transfer the potato mix from the saucepan onto a greased one by one half quarter baking dish.
You’ll then dot the potatoes with butter and if you’d like, sprinkle some paprika on top.
Cover the dish and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Or until well heated.
