Take one large pan- glass works best- grease it and set aside
Whisk eggs, milk, cheese, ham, salt and pepper together
Spread ⅓ of the hash browns as a base layer
Pour ½ the wet mixture gently into the pan, keeping the potatoes on the bottom as much as you can.
Take ⅓ of your hash browns and top over the egg layer
Pour the remaining wet mixture into the pan and top it with remaining hashbrowns
Allow to sit overnight or put into a hot 350-degree oven
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is lightly brown and bubbly
Allow to set for 10 minutes and enjoy!
