½cupof the greatest grated Parmesan cheese
1cupdiced tomato
½cupof olive oilEVOO!
¼cupof red wine vinegar
Instructions
Start off by bringing a large pot of water to a boil, then add in some salt and your pasta, cook until al dente.
While your pasta cooks, brown the sausage over medium heat. Next, add the nuts and brown them as well. Make sure to not overcook, as they can easily burn! Add your garlic and then remove from heat.
Then, drain your pasta. In a large mixing bowl, toss the pasta, sausage mixture, basil, cheese, and tomatoes together. Whisk the olive oil and vinegar together in a separate bowl, then pour over the pasta. Toss, then serve.
