Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 2 c water
  • 2 c instant white rice
  • 1 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 10.75 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • ½ c butter sliced into pats

Instructions
 

  • Apply butter to the sides and bottom of a casserole dish to keep your casserole from sticking.
  • Set your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and allow to preheat
  • In the casserole dish, add chicken, cans of soup, and water. Mix well.
  • Add rice, salt, and pepper and stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Once everything is evenly coated, add butter to the top of the ingredients
  • Let the casserole baked in the oven for an hour. Check to see if the chicken is cooked and the rice is
    tender. If the rice is not finished, continue to cook for another
  • Bake in preheated oven until the rice is tender and the chicken is cooked through, 1 hour to 75 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
