2 slices bread of your choice Butter Swiss cheese Cheddar cheese 2 eggs ½ Avocado Olive oil Salt & pepper
Fry two eggs in a pan. Flip and make sure they’re cooked through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread butter over both slices of bread. Place in the heated, pre-oiled pan.
Add the ingredients in layers: swiss cheese, one egg, cheddar cheese, one egg, and avocado.
Flip halfway through. Let both sides cook until the bread is golden and crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.
Cut in half and serve.
