Ingredients
  

  • 1-14.5 oz can pink salmon, drained
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cp Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the salmon, chives, dill, parsley, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, lemon zest, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayo, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into 5-6 patties.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties until golden brown on both sides.
  • Place the cooked patties on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
