Set out all the ingredients so you can make this dish quickly.
Preheat the oven to 400*F. Meanwhile, grease your 9 x 13-inch baking dish. You can use cooking spray, butter, or your favorite oil.
In a pan or skillet, melt 1 Tbsp of butter, and sauté the spinach until everything is wilted.
Spread about 3/4 cup of your favorite marinara sauce on the bottom of the greased dish. If you need to use a little more, please do, so the ravioli have enough sauce to lay on.
Place half of your ravioli in the dish over the sauce, making sure there is a little space between the pasta. Top with the sautéed spinach, spreading it evenly over the ravioli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Place the other half of the ravioli on top of the spinach and parmesan, and then spoon the remaining marinara on top of the pasta. Then evenly sprinkle more cheese on top of everything.
Sprinkle fresh cracked black pepper over the entire dish, and then cover the casserole with foil. Bake the dish for 30 minutes. If you are using fresh or refrigerated ravioli, you can cut this down to 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and put it back in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
Garnish the dish with fresh parsley and serve!
