Instructions
Take 2 nine-inch round cake pans, grease them with butter and lightly flour them, then preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Stir together the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Add the milk, eggs, vanilla, and oil to the bowl. Using a mixer, mix the ingredients on a medium speed for approximately 2 minutes.
Once mixed, stir in the boiling water before pouring the thinned batter evenly into the cake pans.
