Using a small spoon, scoop out small balls of jam from your jam jar and place each of the balls onto a flat-surfaced tray or plate lined with parchment paper before putting them into the freezer for about half an hour or until firm.
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, one cup of the oats and the powdered sugar until well combined.
Using your hands, take around a golf ball sized piece of the mixture and shape it into a mini pancake.
Take one of the jam balls, place it into the center of the peanut butter pancake shape and lift up the edges of the peanut butter dough until the jam is covered and shape the whole thing gently into a ball.
Repeat this process until each of the jam balls have been used.
Roll each of the balls in the remaining oats and place into the refrigerator until firm.
