Ingredients
  

  • 1 salmon fillet 2 pounds
  • 2 tbsps butter softened
  • 1/4 c white wine
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried tarragon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  • Grease a 13x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Pat your salmon and fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • Place in a greased baking pan and brush with melted butter.
  • Combine broth, lemon juice, tarragon, and black pepper and pour over the salmon.
  • Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
