Cook potato, onion, and green pepper in butter in a heavy skillet until tender
Stir in the bullion, shredded pork and pepper, cook until heated through
In a separate bowl, combine, milk and flour; stir until smooth
Add to skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens, approx. 4-5 minutes
Remove from heat, sprinkle with cheese
Cover and let stand until the cheese is melted. Serve.
