Heat your oven to 350F and add cupcake liners to your cupcake tin. Follow the steps on the cupcake package, then add ¾ cup to each liner. Bake for 18 minutes, then remove from oven.

Pipe your frosting onto the cupcakes, then add black decorating gel and m&ms to create the lightbulbs.
