cooked ham

fresh spinach

Instructions
1Roll out puff pastry sheets and place them on a lightly floured surface
Cut the pastry sheets into four different pieces and place parchment paper between each slice
Melt the butter and mix it with flour and salt until smooth and cook for 1-2 minute
Add in warm milk and continue stirring until boiling
Add in spinach until wilted
Add in ham and cheese and mix
Once cooked, set this roux to the side
Place puff pastry on parchment paper and fill with the roux mixture
Fold the sides of the pastry into the center
Brush egg wash on the outside of the pastry and bake for 20 minutes
