Ingredients

  • 4 c chow mein noodles
  • 1 c cocktail peanuts
  • 2 tbsp butter cut into pieces
  • 1 bag 10 oz miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c white vanilla baking chips
  • 1/2 c Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting from 16-oz container
  • 2 tsp Betty Crocker™ Decorating Decors Jingle Mix nonpareils

Instructions

  • Grab a large bowl and spray the inside with cooking spray before adding and mixing together your peanuts and noodles. Then grab your baking sheets and place your wax paper on top and spray them with cooking spray.
  • Grab a medium microwavable bowl and spray with the cooking spray. Then put your butter and marshmallows inside and microwave uncovered for 1 minute and 30 seconds, check if not smooth, then try another 30 seconds. Do this until it's soft, and be sure to stir it every time you take it from the microwave. Mix in and stir the white vanilla baking chips and frosting. Then place inside the microwave and do 30 seconds; then stir until it's blended.
  • Pour the hot marshmallow mixture over your noodles and peanuts that are sitting in your other bowl; then stir until they are well coated. Grab a spoon and scoop out the mixture and drop it onto the cooking sheet. Immediately top with sprinkles or desired topping. If mixture is to hard to scoop reheat for 15 to 30 seconds.
  • Let cool for at least 1 hour in an airtight container for storage.
