1lbboneless skinless chicken breastscut into cubes
110.75 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
½cmilk
1onionchopped
¼tspgarlic powder
2cfrozen broccolicarrots and cauliflower combination
½tspdried parsley
¼tspdried marjoram
¼tspdried basil
⅓cgrated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Add oil to a large pan or skillet on medium-high heat and heat. Toss in the potatoes, stirring until they’re golden brown and crispy. Add the chicken, cooking until there’s no pink in the middle.
Reduce the heat to medium, add condensed soup, milk, onion, and garlic powder. Layer the vegetables on top and add the seasoning.
Add a lid and simmer the ingredients for about five minutes until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are soft. The final step is taking the pan off the heat and mixing in the parmesan cheese.
