Thinly slice chicken breasts and place them in a bowl. Season with Cajun seasoning.
Cook linguine according to the package directions until al dente
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Then, add sliced the chicken breasts. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the heavy cream and add the sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and salt. Stir in and bring to a simmer. Then pour over the drained linguine.
Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
