In a large skillet or dutch oven, cook the meat with the onions and garlic until brown.
Pour in the spaghetti sauce, add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste, and simmer for about 15 mins. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
While the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain. Spray the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place ½ of the cooked ziti on the bottom of the dish
Top the pasta with the slices of Provolone cheese
Spoon the sour cream evenly over the cheese slices
Pour half of the meat sauce over the sour cream
Place the remaining ziti over the meat sauce
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the pasta
Top with remaining meat sauce and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30-35 mins or until the pasta is bubbly and the cheese is melted
