Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ½ cup onion diced
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper diced
  • ¼ cup yellow bell pepper diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1- 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 ½ teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1- 15 oz can kidney beans drained
  • 1- 15 oz can pinto beans drained
  • 1- 10 oz can diced tomatoes undrained

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized Dutch oven or stockpot over medium-high heat, cook meat, onion, and garlic until no pink is left in the meat
  • Add all the other ingredients to the dutch oven. Mix everything together. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about an hour.
