- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cp chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1- 10.75 can cream of chicken soup
- 1-10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
- 1-4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1-4 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
- 8 oz cubed Velveeta cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly chopped parsley to serve
Preheat the oven to 350F. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ⅓ cup of the cooking water, and drain.
Place the cooked spaghetti, pasta cooking water, and all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish, cover it with foil, and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
