Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cp chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 1- 10.75 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1-10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
  • 1-4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1-4 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
  • 8 oz cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Freshly chopped parsley to serve

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ⅓ cup of the cooking water, and drain.
  • Place the cooked spaghetti, pasta cooking water, and all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish, cover it with foil, and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
