- 8 oz uncooked fettuccine
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1/2 lb sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 1/2 lb sliced fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- 2 c heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 c unsalted chicken stock
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Start by cooking the fettuccine pasta, according to the instructions listed on the back of the package. Drain, and set in a bowl once cooked.
- Use a large skillet and add melted butter. Saute over medium heat. Add mushrooms, cooking and stirring for approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.
