Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 125 g 1 1/3 cups (rolled oats)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon nut butter such as almond
  • 2 tablespoon pepitas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 130 g 1/2 c natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 500 ml 2 c almond coconut milk
  • 120 g frozen raspberries or fresh raspberries

Instructions
 

  • First, take a large bowl and add oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, pepitas, vanilla, nut butter, maple syrup, and almond milk.
  • Mix the contents of your bowl and divide it into four mason jars.
  • Add berries and 1/8 cup of yogurt to each mason jar, seal the jars, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
