Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 125g (1 1/3 cups) (rolled oats)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon nut butter (such as almond)
  • 2 tablespoon pepitas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 130g (1/2 c) natural yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 500ml (2 c) almond coconut milk
  • 120g frozen raspberries or fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. First, take a large bowl and add oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, pepitas, vanilla, nut butter, maple syrup, and almond milk.
  2. Mix the contents of your bowl and divide it into four mason jars.
  3. Add berries and 1/8 cup of yogurt to each mason jar, seal the jars, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
