Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 red snapper fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsps olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Lay the bread crumbs in a small bowl. Mix in the cheese and lemon pepper. Add in the salt.
  • Set the fillets into the mix and turn to coat them. Do this one at a time.
  • Move the fillets into a large skillet and cook them in oil. Do this in small batches and keep them cooking.
  • Check the fish with a fork to see if the fish flakes easily after four minutes.
  • Flip the fish and cook them for another four minutes.
