red snapper fillets

Instructions
Lay the bread crumbs in a small bowl. Mix in the cheese and lemon pepper. Add in the salt.
Set the fillets into the mix and turn to coat them. Do this one at a time.
Move the fillets into a large skillet and cook them in oil. Do this in small batches and keep them cooking.
Check the fish with a fork to see if the fish flakes easily after four minutes.
Flip the fish and cook them for another four minutes.
