Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 6 vegetarian burger patties grilled
  • 5 diced green onions
  • 1 diced bulb of garlic
  • 4 diced carrots
  • 1 ½ cups of fresh mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • First, cut your cabbage into slices, and then cut those slices in half. Put your cabbage leaves, mushrooms, green onions, carrots, and garlic into a container.
  • Over a large skillet, heat your oil over medium heat. Cook your burger patties for about 10 minutes, flipping them throughout. Remove from skillet and dice.
  • Heat the rest of the oil in the skillet and add your cabbage mix for about 7 minutes until the cabbage looks translucent. Add your burger patties and cook for another 7 minutes. Add in your soy and sesame sauce, flipping your veggie mix until your carrots are tender.
