First, cut your cabbage into slices, and then cut those slices in half. Put your cabbage leaves, mushrooms, green onions, carrots, and garlic into a container.
Over a large skillet, heat your oil over medium heat. Cook your burger patties for about 10 minutes, flipping them throughout. Remove from skillet and dice.
Heat the rest of the oil in the skillet and add your cabbage mix for about 7 minutes until the cabbage looks translucent. Add your burger patties and cook for another 7 minutes. Add in your soy and sesame sauce, flipping your veggie mix until your carrots are tender.
