  • 9 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 cooked rotisserie chicken bones removed
  • 2 c water
  • 1 quart chicken stock
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 a thumb-sized piece of ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions
 

  • To begin with, you should gather all of the ingredients bar the noodles, throw them in a pan, and bring them to simmer.
  • Then in a desperate pot, pour in the noodles and cook in boiling water for around three minutes.
  • Pour the ingredients and broth from the pan into a bowl and add the noodles on top.
  • Then, garnish with sesame seeds. It’s as easy as that!
