Preheat the oven to 400°. Wash, trim, and cut your okra in half lengthwise.
While you're over is pre-heating, toss the okra with oil, salt and pepper. Place the okra cut side up on a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Don’t worry about crowding the pan- it will shrink as it cooks!
Roast for about 12-15 minutes- until Okra is tender and the bottoms are lightly browned. Enjoy!
