Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Combine sugar and cornstarch, then fold in Rhubarb and fruit until it’s evenly coated
Mix the melted butter with the oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until it’s combined and crumbly.
Spoon the sugar-coated Rhubarb and fruit into a skillet or baking dish, and then add the crumble on top.
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through and the Rhubarb is tender.
Allow to partially cool on a wire rack, then serve warm with ice cream.
