Ingredients
  

  • 120 ml low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 900 g boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 450 g cream cheese cubed
  • 225 g grated cheddar
  • 8 slices cooked bacon

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • In a slow cooker, combine chicken stock, dried parsley, dill, chives, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Add chicken and stir to coat it in the broth and seasonings.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-4 hours, and then shred the chicken with a fork.
  • Stir in cream cheese, half the bacon, and 3/4 of the cheddar cheese. Transfer to a serving dish, then top with remaining cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chives.
