Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup. chia seeds
  • 1 cup. almond milk
  • 2 teasponn. maple syrup honey,
  • 1 teasponn. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • Sliced fruit granola, jam

Instructions
 

  • Mix the milk, sweetener, chia seeds, salt, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Put it in the refrigerator for at least two hours before eating. For thicker consistencies, you can leave it in the fridge to chill overnight.
  • Top with fresh fruit, serve and enjoy.
