Parmesan cheese

chopped fresh chives

cream cheese

medium head garlic
peeled and minced

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
Peel and chop potatoes into similar-sized chunks.
Add the potatoes to the boiling water, and cook until tender but still firm.
Drain the potatoes and return to the pot on the stovetop to dry for a couple of minutes.
Add butter, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, chives, garlic, salt, and
pepper to the pot of potatoes.
Mash until creamy and blended well.
Garnish and serve.
