Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Heat a skillet using medium heat.
Brown pork chops for about 5 minutes per side.
Place the browned pork chops in a baking dish.
Combine caraway seeds, brown sugar, onion, apple, and sauerkraut together and spread over the pork chops.
Cover the dish with foil.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until cooked.
