Ingredients
  

  • 8 center cut pork chops
  • 2 lbs sauerkraut drained
  • 1 large red apple diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Heat a skillet using medium heat.
  • Brown pork chops for about 5 minutes per side.
  • Place the browned pork chops in a baking dish.
  • Combine caraway seeds, brown sugar, onion, apple, and sauerkraut together and spread over the pork chops.
  • Cover the dish with foil.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes or until cooked.
