Instructions
Boil your pasta until slightly underdone, it will finish cooking in the pan.
In a skillet, saute your onions and garlic, and cook your ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain.
Add tomatoes and sauce, sugar, and seasonings, and combine. Heat to a boil then simmers for 10-15 minutes.
Stir in your pasta and reheat for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
