Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ tbps rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds. Stir until the sugar dissolves and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and sautee the garlic slices until slightly brown.
  • Add the sliced red onion.
  • Mix in the green beans and cook them for 5-6 minutes or until they start to wilt.
  • Pour in the reserved sauce.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes or until the green beans reach the desired level of doneness.
