- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- ½ tbps rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds. Stir until the sugar dissolves and set aside.
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and sautee the garlic slices until slightly brown.
Add the sliced red onion.
Mix in the green beans and cook them for 5-6 minutes or until they start to wilt.
Pour in the reserved sauce.
Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes or until the green beans reach the desired level of doneness.
