Place the yeast, sugar, and warm water in a medium-sized bowl and stir until the yeast dissolves. Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes until it starts to foam up.
Add the beaten eggs, salt, and milk.
Place the flour in a large bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour the yeast mixture into the well, cover it with a damp kitchen towel, and let it stand for 30 minutes. Do not mix.
Pour in the melted butter and mix until a ball forms. Knead until all ingredients are well incorporated. Add a teaspoon of oil to the bowl, and place the dough ball inside swirling it around so it is coated with the oil. Cover the bowl with a damp towel and let rise for 30 mins
Roll the dough into 15 balls and place them in a 9x13-inch baking dish or on a baking sheet. Cover with a damp towel and let them rise for 30 more minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400F. Brush the rolls with melted butter and bake for 15 mins or until browned.
