Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts boiled and shredded
  • 1- 16 oz packet of spaghetti broken down in thirds
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup finely chopped orange bell pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green bell pepper pepper
  • ¼ cup minced onion
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • 1- 4 oz jar diced pimentos drained
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Break spaghetti into thirds and cook according to package instructions, minus one minute. You want it to have a bit of a bite to it.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and all the ingredients, except ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Spoon mixture into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar on top. Bake for 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
