In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, mustard powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
Toss the wings in the seasoned flour until well coated
Shake any excess flour and place wings in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray with olive oil cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes, turning them at the 15 minute mark
Make the sauce: in a small saucepan, add honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lime juice, sriracha, sesame seeds, and cornstarch slurry. Simmer for about 8-10 minutes until the honey has dissolved and the sauce has thickened. Place sauce in a large bowl.
After 30 minutes, remove the wings from the oven and add them to the bowl with the sauce. Toss until fully coated
Place the wings in the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes, turning them after 5 minutes. Serve with green onions and fresh cilantro as garnish
