For the wings:

  • 12 wings, cut into 12 drumettes and 12 flat wingswith tip and patted dry
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • Olive oil cooking spray

For the sauce:

  • cup honey
  • 2 ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp ginger, freshly grated
  • 1 tsp sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in ¼ cup water
  • Sliced green onions and fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, mustard powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the wings in the seasoned flour until well coated
  • Shake any excess flour and place wings in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray with olive oil cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes, turning them at the 15 minute mark

  • After 30 minutes, remove the wings from the oven and add them to the bowl with the sauce. Toss until fully coated
  • Place the wings in the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes, turning them after 5 minutes. Serve with green onions and fresh cilantro as garnish
