Ingredients
  

  • Butter flavor cooking spray
  • cups MInute rice
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray and add all ingredients into the baking dish. Stir to combine. Bake for 15 minutes, give it another stir, and continue baking for 45 minutes more. Stir one last time before serving. You can serve it warm, or refrigerate it and serve it cold.
