Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the drained pineapple in the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
In a medium-sized bowl, using a fork, mix the flour, sugar, beaten egg, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. It should resemble coarse sand. Spoon the mixture on top of the crushed pineapple
Pour the melted butter on top of the sugar/flour mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes or until brown and crispy
