Ingredients
  

  • 2- 20 oz cans of crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 stick of butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the drained pineapple in the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, using a fork, mix the flour, sugar, beaten egg, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. It should resemble coarse sand. Spoon the mixture on top of the crushed pineapple
  • Pour the melted butter on top of the sugar/flour mixture and bake for 30-35 minutes or until brown and crispy
