Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • cup shredded onion (juice included)
  • 1 cup bbq sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mustard powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients inside the crockpot, give them a good stir and cook on high for 3 hours, or on low for 5-6. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and return to the pot. Mix with the sauce until well combined and serve!
