Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes vanilla wafer cookies
  • 6 bananas sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1- 5 oz box vanilla pudding
  • 1- 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1- 12 oz container frozen whipped topping thawed
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the vanilla pudding with 2 cups of milk. Beat with an electric mixer until it thickens.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until combined. Mix this into the vanilla pudding mix until well combined and smooth, but not overmix.
  • Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with one box of cookies.
  • Slice 5 of the 6 bananas, toss the slices with the orange and lemon juice and place them over the cookies.
  • Pour the pudding/cream cheese mixture on top of the bananas and spread evenly.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill for about 4 hours until set. Decorate with crushed cookies, the remaining banana (sliced), and shaved chocolate (optional).
