- Baking powder and baking soda
- Salt
- Unsalted butter
- Granulated sugar
- Eggs
- Milk

How to make cinnamon roll cake?
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients for the cake (except sugar). Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat together softened butter and sugar until creamy. Then, add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Beat until just combined.
- Add the dry ingredients and milk alternately in a few additions. Beat on low speed and scrape the bottom and the sides of the bowl after each addition. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
- Prepare the cinnamon filling. Using a fork, mix together the softened butter, light brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt.
- Place spoonfuls of cinnamon mixture over the cake batter. Using a knife or a wooden stick, to swirl the mixture into the cake batter. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
While the cinnamon roll cake is baking, prepare the glaze. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth. beat in the powdered sugar. Add the milk and beat until combined. You can add more or less milk to achieve the desired consistency. Pour over the warm cake. Enjoy!
