  • 3 tbsps vegetable oil, divided
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c cold, cooked white rice
  • 2 c chopped cooked chicken
  • ½ c sliced celery
  • ½ c shredded carrot

  • 3 tbsps soy sauce

  1. Bring the ⅓ of your oil to medium-high heat in your pan before adding the egg and cooking it thoroughly. `
