  • 3 tbsps vegetable oil, divided

  • ½ c sliced celery
  • ½ c shredded carrot
  • 1 c frozen green peas, thawed

  • 3 tbsps soy sauce


  1. Bring the ⅓ of your oil to medium-high heat in your pan before adding the egg and cooking it thoroughly. `
